It has been mentioned that a few builders are claiming the images on this site are their own product. Using similar acronyms or spelling, i.e., 'armour' instead of 'armor', or the letters M, T and or K instead of 'MyTKArmor'. Please be careful. If another builder is claiming these images as their product, please contact me for verification.

A Few Build Tips

The Thigh Drop Boxes

The thigh drop boxes consist of an outer and inner piece. The outer box is slightly larger, allowing the inner box to be carefully pressed within. Then, using either ABS cement, silicone or hot glue, secured together.

The inner box has the letter 'I' molded into it, on the inside. The outer drop box has no identifying marks and is slightly larger.

The below photo shows the letter 'I' which is molded onto the inside surface.

Here is the inner drop box after the sides have been carefully sanded, removing
the tapered, positive draft. Remember, do not sand the top 1/16 to 1/8 inch of the inner box
as the top is visible. The outer box also has a slight positive draft which allows the inner to fit perfectly after
The inner has been sanded.

Press the inner box into the outer box until all sides are flush, nice and smooth.
